Kiwi Club, clear and with no small print.
These terms explain how Kiwi Club works: how you earn Kiwipoints with your purchases, when you can use them, the levels and how you exchange them for discount vouchers.
Purpose of the programme
Kiwi Club is the loyalty programme of PADEL KIWI, S.L., with registered address at Calle Moreras 29, puerta B, 28221 Majadahonda (Madrid), Spain, and NIF B09705252 (hereinafter, “Padel Kiwi”). These specific terms supplement the general terms of purchase of padelkiwi.com.
Kiwi Club allows the customer to earn Kiwipoints with their purchases on padelkiwi.com and redeem them for discount vouchers for future purchases. Taking part in Kiwi Club means accepting these terms in full. The fact that Padel Kiwi does not apply any of them at any given time does not mean that it waives the right to do so.
Kiwi Club launches on 10 October 2026. Only purchases made from that date earn Kiwipoints; earlier purchases do not generate Kiwipoints.
Membership
Kiwi Club is free. Members are all customers who buy on padelkiwi.com with their email, whether or not they have created an account, and people who subscribe to the newsletter. The balance, level and vouchers can be checked in the customer area of padelkiwi.com.
Purchases by companies and professional customers (B2B) are excluded from Kiwi Club.
If Padel Kiwi detects that the same person has several accounts, it may merge them into one.
Kiwipoints for following us on Instagram
Members who follow Padel Kiwi on Instagram using the button in the customer area receive 20 Kiwipoints, once per person.
Earning Kiwipoints
Kiwipoints are earned for every euro spent on products, according to the customer's level at the time of purchase:

- Kiwipoints are calculated on the amount of the products after discounts have been applied. Shipping costs do not generate Kiwipoints.
- Gift cards, if sold, do not generate Kiwipoints.
- If the amount includes decimals, Kiwipoints are rounded down.
- If the customer pays in a currency other than the euro, Kiwipoints are calculated on the equivalent amount in euros.
When Kiwipoints can be used
The Kiwipoints from an order can be used once its return period ends. Until then they appear as “pending” in the customer area, together with the date on which they will become available.
If the customer cancels the order or returns products before that date, the Kiwipoints for the cancelled or returned items are not added.
Expiry of Kiwipoints
Kiwipoints expire 12 months after they become available to use. The oldest ones are used first.
Levels
The level is calculated from purchases made in the last 12 months and is reviewed every day, so members can move up and down a level:

Cancelled or returned orders do not count towards the level.
All members start at Bronze level. Only purchases made from 10 October 2026, the launch date of Kiwi Club, count towards the level.
Redemption for discount vouchers
Kiwipoints are redeemed for fixed-amount discount vouchers in the customer area:

- Redemption is not automatic: the customer chooses when to redeem and which voucher they want.
- Each voucher has a personal code that can only be used by its holder, and only once.
- To apply a voucher, the order amount must be higher than the value of the voucher.
- The voucher expires 3 months after redemption.
- The voucher is deducted from the products, never from shipping costs, and cannot be used to buy gift cards.
- The voucher can be combined with the promotion running on the website (the code in the top bar or the code on the product page). It cannot be combined with other discount codes.
- Kiwipoints and vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Padel Kiwi may change the redemption table after giving prior notice by email. The change does not affect Kiwipoints already earned.
Rights of Padel Kiwi
Padel Kiwi may modify these terms, giving notice by email. The current version will always be available on padelkiwi.com.
Padel Kiwi may modify or end the programme. If it ends, notice will be given by email and members will have 30 days to redeem their Kiwipoints and use their vouchers; after that period they will be lost, with no right to compensation.
Suspension
Padel Kiwi may suspend or cancel the benefits of Kiwi Club, without prior notice, in the event of:
- Fraud or attempted fraud.
- Actions that interfere with the normal operation of the programme.
- An abnormally high number of orders, returns or redemptions in a short period of time.
- Breach of these terms.
Data protection
Padel Kiwi processes members' data to manage Kiwi Club (Kiwipoints, levels and vouchers) and to send programme communications, on the basis of the customer relationship and the legitimate interest in offering the benefits of the programme, in accordance with its privacy policy.
Applicable law
Kiwi Club is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be settled before the competent courts in accordance with the applicable regulations.
