SIUX Obsidian Elite 2027

The SIUX Obsidian Elite 2027 is the ELITE version of Obsidian, Siux's new control line that takes over from the Trilogy. It is designed for advanced and professional players looking for a comfortable, manoeuvrable and easy-to-control racket. It retains the teardrop shape and low balance of the Obsidian Pro, with 3K SC Comfort carbon faces and a slightly softer feel that makes it easier to get the ball moving and protects the arm.

3K SC Comfort carbon and medium-soft feel

The 3K SC Comfort carbon surface delivers a controlled, pleasant response, while the EVA Soft rubber core absorbs part of the impact so the ball comes off with less effort. Siux rates its hardness at 4.5 out of 10: a medium-soft feel, ideal for playing comfortably for many hours without sacrificing precision.

Teardrop shape and low balance

The teardrop shape distributes the sweet spot across the middle area of the head and is forgiving on off-centre shots, while the low balance makes the racket highly manoeuvrable at the net and during quick defensive plays. It features a satin finish, with a green design dominated by the large Siux logo in green and blue tones.

Siux technologies

• Optimized Sweet Spot: expands the ideal hitting area for greater consistency, even on off-centre shots. Siux states that the sweet spot of the Obsidian family measures 92 cm².
• 100% carbon tubular frame: provides rigidity and lightness, and distributes impact better when the racket hits the glass.
• Switch Strap System: safety cord that can be easily replaced without tools.
