You have 30 calendar days to return your order without giving us any reason. Process it online in 2 minutes.

Voluntary returns

If you don't like your order or it's the wrong size, you can return it without giving us any reason. These are the rates by zone:

Liechtenstein · self-managed

The customer must arrange the return themselves. Email us at contacto@padelkiwi.com with your order number and we'll tell you the steps.

Return conditions

For us to approve your return, the product must meet:

Unused The product must not have been used. Original seals and tags It must keep the seals, hang tags and original packaging as you received it. Don't use the manufacturer's box as shipping packaging If the product comes in a manufacturer's box (e.g. shoes), add an outer protective box or bag. The manufacturer's box is part of the product. Within 30 calendar days Counted from receipt of the order. Christmas campaign: orders from December 1st onwards have an extended window until January 30th of the following year.

Refund within 14 business days max From when we receive the returned product at our warehouse. We refund to the same payment method.

If the product doesn't meet the conditions

The return will be rejected and return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.

Exceptions: free returns

Defective products or warranties: €0

If the product arrives defective, wrong or under warranty, the return cost is fully on us. We send you the pre-paid label and nothing is deducted from the refund.

Products with special conditions

Due to volume and technical service needs, the following products are returned directly to the manufacturer's warehouse:

Slinger Padel brand

  • Ball launcher machine
  • Slinger battery
  • Remote control

Return shipping is paid by the customer for voluntary returns, using the courier of their choice. If the original packaging and labels aren't kept, 10% of the product value will be deducted from the refund.

Rejecting the delivery of an order

If you reject the delivery for any reason, the following will be deducted from the refund:

  • Original total shipping cost.
  • Return cost of the package charged by the carrier.
  • On international shipments, any applicable customs fees.

If you reject the package because of an issue, contact us first — we'll solve it without you needing to reject the delivery.

Depending on the reason, the process and costs may vary:

If the received products have any defect or damage, we respond to the lack of conformity as stated in the Warranties section.

Warranties

Manufacturers only process warranties if the purchase was made through official distributors. We are official distributors of all brands in our store, so every product comes with the manufacturer's official warranty.

Months to notify From when you spot the lack of conformity

Except for products that, by their nature, are excluded from consumer goods warranty regulations, and provided the buyer makes private use, all our products are guaranteed nationally against manufacturing defects.

We respond to any lack of conformity, which you must report within two months from when you became aware of it.

Presumption of original defect

If the defect appears within the first 2 years after delivery, it's assumed to have existed when the product was invoiced (or delivered, if later). I.e. it's a defect of origin or factory, unless we can show the defect isn't original (e.g. misuse or poor maintenance).

If the defect appears after 2 years, that presumption no longer applies.

Solutions for defects

For a defective product, we may proceed with:

  1. Product repair.
  2. Replacement with a new one.
  3. Price reduction.
  4. Contract termination (full refund).

All these actions are completely free for the buyer, including any shipping costs.

Warranty exclusions

The following are excluded from the warranty:

  • Defects and damage caused by external events, accidents or use that doesn't follow our or the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Normal wear of the product.
  • Products modified or repaired by the customer or anyone not authorised by Padel Kiwi.
  • Products subject to a specific contract.

In these cases, the consumer is responsible for the repair.

Conformity with the contract

Under the regulations, and unless proven otherwise, products are deemed in conformity with the contract provided they meet:

  1. Match the description and have the qualities of the product shown to the consumer as sample or model.
  2. Are fit for the purposes products of the same type are usually intended for.
  3. Show the quality and performance usual for a product of the same type that the consumer may reasonably expect, given the product's nature.

Dispute resolution

As required by European regulation, we inform you of the existence of a European platform for resolving disputes related to online contracts.
