Can I choose a specific weight for my racket?
We want to clarify that we don't weigh rackets individually, so we can't offer specific weights for each unit. You can check the average weight from the manufacturer in the product specs, with a ±10g margin of error.
How do I know if a product is in stock?
At Padel Kiwi we always work with real stock: if you can add a product to your cart, we have units ready to ship. When there are no units, the message "Out of stock" appears and the purchase isn't possible.
What does the product warranty cover?
Our items come with the legal 3-year manufacturer warranty, covering any failure or manufacturing defect. If needed, we handle any incidents caused by a defective component or manufacturing fault. Damage from external factors such as gameplay (intentional or accidental), scrapes, hits, etc., is not covered. For warranty questions, email us at contacto@padelkiwi.com.
