My order

What is the deadline?

Orders are delivered in 24/48 working hours for the peninsula and 48/72 hours for the Balearic Islands. At the moment we do not have shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

Where is my package?

As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you an email with a link so you can track the shipment of your order.

Through our online chat you can check the tracking of the shipment.

What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

If you are absent during the time your package is delivered, the courier must leave you a transit notice indicating a new date for the delivery of your package or, otherwise, indicating the place where you left it (neighbor, point of delivery, warehouses of the courier service, post office...) so that you can pick it up.

I haven't received my package yet, but the delivery time has already expired.

You will be able to check where your package is thanks to the tracking number. If you detect any anomaly, do not hesitate to contact us.

My package has been returned to the sender

Has your package been returned to us? This is probably because the delivery has not been possible due to the absence of the recipient or some unresolved problem with the address.

Please contact us in order to provide us with all the necessary information to send your package again (change of address or additional information).

What does the product warranty cover?

Our articles have the manufacturer's legal guarantee that covers any breakdown or defect (3 years). If necessary, we take care of any possible incident as long as it is due to a defective component or manufacturing fault. Those caused by external agents such as intentional or fortuitous game throws, friction, blows, etc. are not included in the guarantee. Refund

What are the modalities of reimbursing an item?

Upon receipt of your returned items, or after the cancellation of your order, a refund will be made and the amount will be returned to the same means of payment used to place the order.

What is the deadline to receive my refund?

Refunds are made within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the merchandise.

What to do if I don't receive my refund?

We will proceed with the refund upon receipt and verification of your items at our facilities. The processing time can be up to 14 days, but we do our best to make the refund as soon as possible. If, after 14 days, you still have not received the refund, but you have received our return confirmation email, please contact us by email: contacto@padelkiwi.com
