On these days we don't process orders. Orders received are handled the next business day.

Delivery times and terms

The delivery time is shown during checkout and your purchase implies acceptance of it.

In case of missed delivery deadlines, you should give us an additional reasonable period accounting for the circumstances of the delay. If we still can't deliver within that period, you can cancel the contract.

The delivery deadline may be considered essential when specific circumstances exist at the time of contract or when you have informed us before purchase that delivery by a specific date is essential. In such cases you can cancel the contract immediately.

In any case of contract cancellation, all amounts paid will be refunded in full.

Pre-order products

If you buy a product that hasn't launched yet but has a release date, delivery times are provisional and may change, subject to supplier availability. We'll let you know about any change and the option to cancel the contract.

Out of stock

In specific cases a stockout may occur. Our team will contact you with a solution, give you a new delivery time once available, or cancel the contract if you prefer.

Important · Force majeure We aren't liable for failures or delays caused by events outside our control (lockdowns, natural disasters, strikes, accidents, etc.). If anything comes up, we'll contact you to sort it out.

Prices, taxes, fees and duties

Padel Kiwi product prices may change, but these changes don't affect orders for which a Shipping Confirmation has already been sent.

The final price may vary based on applicable taxes, the shipping address and the buyer profile (individual or business).

European Economic Area + Northern Ireland

The listed price includes VAT. You won't pay anything extra on delivery.

Rest of the world

Padel Kiwi does not apply taxes, fees or duties at sale. The customer pays them upon delivery in the destination country.

Restricted brands

Head, Babolat and Bullpadel: Europe only

Due to distribution agreements with the manufacturers, we don't ship Head, Babolat or Bullpadel products outside Europe. If your country is in the Americas, Asia or Africa, all other brands are shipped without issue.

Cancellations, account closure and blocking

Account closure

User accounts aren't deleted due to inactivity. You can close yours by emailing contacto@padelkiwi.com or from your account profile.

Unpaid orders

In case of non-payment, the order may be temporarily suspended until resolved. If more than 15 days pass, Padel Kiwi may cancel the order.

Account blocking

Padel Kiwi reserves the right to block access to the account without prior notice (or delete it) in case of illegal use or breach of obligations. We'll let you know by email. The block doesn't affect the obligation to pay for products already purchased.

In exceptional cases, at the administrators' discretion and depending on severity, the offending user may receive a warning before the account is permanently deleted or blocked.
